How it works.
Data.
Floor area, year built and energy label come from the building register, area prices from the Land Board's sales records, time on market from listings.
Calculation.
Code calculates the price range, the monthly cost and the time on market. AI reads the listing text and writes the explanation, but never invents a number.
Review.
During the beta I check every report myself before it goes out. A builder's eye catches what the data can't see.
Data, not opinion.
Every number in the report carries its source and date.

Questions and answers.

The report always shows a range and a confidence level, never a single number. If an area has few sales, the report says so. Then it's worth seeing the home in person as well.
No. The listing check is free during the beta.
