Meeting
We agree a time and I come over. An hour is usually enough.
Inspection
I check the condition, the structure, the building services and the documents. For a house, condition sometimes moves the price more than the floor area.
Comparison
I compare your home with similar sales in the same area, using the Land and Spatial Development Board's sales data and Arco Vara's market data.
Valuation and advice
You get a price range and an explanation of where it comes from. If you plan to sell, I'll also tell you what asking price to start with.

Market valuation
My free valuation tells you what the home would sell for on the market today. Use it to plan a sale or make a decision.
Appraisal report
A mortgage, an inheritance or a court case needs a report from a certified appraiser. You can order one from Arco Vara's appraisers.

Location, condition, energy class, floor, layout and how many similar homes are for sale at the same time.
